'While cutting fish into small pieces' shows the artist Hana Sakuma streaming live from Kobe Japan while she prepares fish for sushi. In light of recent events in Japan, the sight specific performance reveals a global fear of food contamination as a result of nuclear poisoning. The public is forced to face, engage and live with this invisible enemy. Only the media can shed light on the situation and danger of the nuclear contamination but Sakuma asks if they are really a reliable trustworthy source of information.
