Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner’ was commissioned by the UKRI Agri-Food for Net Zero Plus funded ‘Changing Agri-Chicken For Net Zero’ research team, led by Professor Emma Roe, University of Southampton. Kathryn attended an industry workshop organised by the research team and attended project meetings to engage with industry experts to see what their thoughts were on the future of chicken meat in the UK.

The outcome of this research is a film which explores our complex relationships with chicken in our meals and domestic consumption.
