Wonderland of Rocks

The Wonderland of Rocks was made during an artist residency in Joshua Tree National Park and is part of the body of work called Dinosaur Dust. The painted sky references the psychedelic and spiritual quality of the desert many people speak of. The work explores the encounters between people and nature, it is a play with light, impermanence and the faculties of seeing.
