Ceramic duplicates of selected stones from Avebury sit ordered alongside, and breaching onto an embroidered car mat with the form of the Cerne giant. These works explore ideas of nostalgia, souvenir and the way we choose to remember key events and people, incorporating ideas of journey with the crossover between ancient traditions and folklore with personal narratives and family traditions

Islands is an interdisciplinary work combining cyanotype, Peranakan embroidery, and a reclaimed bedsheet as canvas. The piece maps fragments of family history and inherited memory, tracing the fragile and shifting threads of cultural identity. Using the cyanotype process, where light exposure leaves traces of what once was, I explore how memory and storytelling are preserved, altered, or lost across generations.
