My practice includes sculpture, installation, interventions, film and furniture. I am currently working as lead artist on two new build schools and have recently completed my iconic sculpture for Manchester Royal Childrens' Hospital. There is behind it all an interest in both art and design with equal thought and emphasis on the implications and possibilities of both within the built environment.
I am interested in how the presence of objects and the confines of space can affect behaviour mood and understanding of a given site. Notions of perception in the conceptual and visual sense are the main sources of inspiration for my activities.
