Commissions, awards, and residencies:
January 2025: Endo a Fi: The Reality of Living with Endometriosis. I was asked to create a 15-meter-long banner to be dropped off the peak of Cardiff Castle to raise awareness of endometriosis, as part of documentary Endo a Fi. In addition to the large scale sewn banner, I produced a uterus costume for the presenter of the documentary to wear.
June – July 2024: Online Artist in Residence with Mort Drew for Arcade Campfa. In 2024 I collaborated with sound artist Mort Drew to develop a weekly radio show, broadcast through contact microphones attached to our knitting needles.
January 2024: Celf Cymru Arts Create Fund
August 2023: MADE Solo Art Prize
I was awarded the M.A.D.E Solo Art Prize in the summer of 2023, winning a solo show at the gallery & support. My first solo exhibition opens in September 2024.

Job history:
March 2023 – Ongoing: Events facilitator and invigilator for Umbrella Cardiff.

November 2020 – Ongoing: Workshop leader and guest speaker.
Since 2020 I have delivered a number of workshops and talks for organisations such as Arcade Campfa, g39, Umbrella, Disability Arts Cymru, Cardiff Sewing Social, Creative Mornings Cardiff, ACE, Cardiff MADE, and Youth Arts Network Cymru. Previous workshops include; Natural Dyeing, Rag-Rugging, Zine-Making, Intro to Soft Sculpture, Studies in Sloppy Sculpture, and Situated Psychogeography.
March – November 2022: Venice Biennale Fellowship with the British Council
In January of 2022 I was appointed as one of the Fellows for the British Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, spending a month in Venice, invigilating Sonia Boyce's work in the British Pavillion, alongside the development of my own project in response to the year’s theme, "The Milk of Dreams".
October 2020 – October 2021: Artist Benevolent Fund Step-Change Fellow
In September of 2019 I received the ABF Step-Change Fellowship, hosted through my alma mater. The fellowship provides recipients with a £10'000 stipend for the year as well as mentoring support and access to university facilities.
February 2020: Curator of International Black History Month Exhibition
I curated this exhibition at the Cardiff School of Art and Design featuring some of the university's best Black artists as part of my role as Equality & Diversity Officer.
October 2019: Curator and contributing artist of World Mental Health Day Exhibition
September 2019 – 2020: Equality and Diversity Officer
I was responsible for the fair representation of all student groups within the Students’ Union. I sat on several committees including the Equality & Diversity delivery group, the Maternity Policy review, and the LGBT and Disabled Staff networks.
April 2016 - January 2017: Art Instructor at Sight Concern Worcester
From 2016 to 2017 I volunteered at Sight Concern, a Worcester based charity supporting blind and visually impaired people. I taught at an art class held weekly, forming close bonds with some of my students and their wonderful guide dogs!

Last summer I was selected as one of five Britain-based MFA students to participate in the Yale in London summer school, co-hosted by Yale School of Art and the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art.

I studied for my masters at the Ruskin, University of Oxford, attaining a Merit.
September 2017 - June 2020: BFA Bachelors of Fine Art
I studied for my undergraduate at the Cardiff School of Art & Design, attaining a 1st Class Degree with Honours.
2016: Achieved an A* in an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) focusing on the connection between art and the neurodivergent mind.
