Noralyn is a commissions based artist working from the Queen’s Terrace Studios in Ayr who is primarily focusing on drawing, painting, digital collage and installations.
When not working on commissions, Noralyn’s subjects relate to typical ideas of local Scottish people, animals, places and stories. It explores the notion of subject from photography and memory by using a multi layered approach from different viewpoints with thinned out paint washes, charcoals and collaged digital images . Noralyn holds a Masters in Fine Art and also enjoys teaching both art and music privately. |
