A Conch Shell

A sound piece commissioned by Nottingham Contemporary and Nottingham University Hospitals Trust. Created for patients on Ward B47 at Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham, the sound piece consists of a poem spoken by Jo Dacombe inspired by listening to a conch shell and thinking about walking on a beach, mixed with sounds recorded at Hunstanton beach.
