A Sword on the Head

By Shelagh Atkinson 2008

John Glynn

We had a model in the studio who danced and then placed swords on her head to practice balancing. It all happened quite quickly. It was a quick drawing. But I certainly would look at this and tie it in with some of my recurring themes relating to the human experience of love and death and desire treated with a due seriouness.
