Active Silence
An exhibition of recent work set up in a domestic space, Active Silence provides an opportunity for artist autonomy and economic freedom to explore creative co-working.
Invitees were encouraged to eat cake, drink tea and chat about the work, their work, the exhibition, or just enjoy the exhibition for art’s sake.
Participating artists Tricia Hall, Natalie Odile Lang and Bev Broadhead found the experience rewarding, thought provoking, fun, generous, and challenging.
It all happened over a Friday to Sunday in June 2024, in Bev’s dining room and garden.
We are extremely grateful to Ruthie Collins who wrote a great response that can be found on https://www.ruthiecollins.co.uk/active-silence/ 🙏
