What becomes of seeds after we eat the flesh of their fruit?
Where do they go after we’ve indulged in the sweet nectar of their offspring?
Will we nurture them for our existence or discard them to become remnants of the present?
What becomes of my discarded agbalumo seeds?
This point is illustrated in the enamelled tiles of 'discarded seeds' and 'whole fruit silhouette', which were collectively curated to illustrate the above and speculate on the life cycle of seeds.
“If from a fruit we get seeds and from seeds we get fruit, why aren't we more caring about them?
We don't consider where the byproducts of our fruit go, such as stems, skins and seeds, but we enjoy the flesh as they serve their purpose to nurture and sustain us, but what happens to the aftermath of their vessels?
