By  Kye Wilson 2017
“We should long ago have become angels had we been capable of paying attention to the experience of art, and allowing ourselves to be changed in accordance with the ideals it expresses.” Sculpting in Time: Reflections on the Cinema Andrei Tarkovsky Kye Wilson’s new moving-image artwork Angel:legnA employs the motifs and working methods of celebrated film-maker Andrei Tarkovsky to explore collective human experience. Kye Wilson is a Creative Lab Associate to the New Theatre Royal Portsmouth. Angel:legnA is supported by public funding from the National Lottery through Arts Council England and by Southampton Cultural Development Trust.
