Artist residency, Tatton Park

FIVE SEASONS is a polyptych collection of artist photographs taken during a year long residency at Tatton Park, Knutsford, Cheshire. Instead of the usual four seasons I wanted to reference the sense of continuity of the seasons following on and on hence these photgraphs running through winter, spring, summer, autumn and the next winter. My work about food plants and the stages of their growth from seed to growing, harvesting, seed saving, and composting is also relevant to this work. This image show Five Seasons 1: Winter
