Awake to this New Dawn and Weep.

I made this work of the Holocaust in 2018 in response to the current resurgence of populism, denialism and ultra-nationalism where the integrity of justice, memory and testimony is under attack and the very tenets of history itself - revealing truth to power and how it can help us understand who we are - is being dangerously undermined. It will be exhibited for the first time in my solo exhibition: 'Places of Mourning in the Western World' at the 'Sewell Centre Gallery', Radley College between 12th Jan to 9th Feb. 2024.
