Invited Curator:Birmingham Printmakers Thirty years of printmaking 1983 - 2013 From October 2013 to January 2014, Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery celebrated three decades of printmaking in Birmingham with a retrospective exhibition of work by past and present members of Birmingham Printmakers; originally known as Birmingham Print Workshop (BPW). The exhibition celebrating the 30th anniversary included the international exchange exhibition Messages, first shown in 1999. Messages brought together thirty printmakers from Birmingham Print Workshop, Lichtdruck Kunst Leipzig and the Lower East Side Printshop, New York.
