Burkhardt - a Swiss photographer

Screenprint recently completed of Swiss photographer Balthasar Burkhardt Part of the ongoing suite of Face. The painterly handling of a screenprint can be seen as a trademark of Atkinsons work It is a multi layered- deconstruction of a classic portrait, an image of humanity embracing shifts in colour saturation and the blurred edges of the image.
