Colm Cille's Spiral (install view)

Project at London Street Gallery Derry-Londonderry for Difference Exchange's Colm Cille Spiral Project. Items made included: x 2 Ceramic Horses referencing a transaction from the 8th century, a typeface based on the first example of written Welsh called 'teilo', a series of drawings of Lichfield Cathedral and Llandeilo Church by people who had never been to either place and a vinyl piece in Strenham Services on M5. view richard.higlett@wordpress.com to view project scrapbook and download typeface. Project looked at relationship between knowledge and experience. The ceramics and typeface were the first time I had work in either medium and was a specific conceptual act within the project.
