2023
The school's project aims to engage young pupils in exploring ‘The heaven and the earth’ through the fascinating world of deep space science and microbiology found in water. By combining art and science, the project will provide a unique learning experience, fostering curiosity and inspiring a sense of wonder about the macro and micro aspects of our universe.
COSMOS focuses on connecting pupils with NASA's HARP programme a deep space science project exploring Sounds of Space and USING James Webb and Hubble telescope images of real space.

MicroCosmos Drawing on the underpinning Creation theme, we will explore microcosmos through microscopy and observing microbiology found in water collections from ponds and examine the micro-organisms using a microscope attached to a laptop. By exploring biodiversity in water and deep space the aim is also to bridge the gap between art and science.
