"Divided ".

The mixed media artwork is a temporary beach intervention created from industrial man made materials and sited at North Beach in Whitehaven, West Cumbria.A rubber tyre carves a straight course through a brick arrangement arranged on the sands at low tide.The bricks are relics from a long defunct local brick company juxtaposed next to the presence of a tyre washed up on the tideline.An hour later, the artwork was disassembled by the high tide and the elements scattered on the seabed.
