Duodecimens

This installation is made of 12 etched aluminium plates that express the energy and randomness of electrons as they perform quantum leaps and pop in-and-out of existence. The title Duodecimens translates roughly as 12 minds, which can be thought of as 12 perspectives. Each plate has a 4 colour separation screen print of an image from a large crystal ball which reflects the surrounding landscape and acts as a portal to an alternative perspective.
