Feeder was an artwork produced for El Jardín de Escultaras which took place in the astroturfed garden of the former residence of the Spanish Olympic team on the Isle of Portland, Dorset.
A mixed show of new sculptural works, it ran from 5-8 September 2024 as part of the bside Festival and was curated by Test Space Maritime.
Feeder was made of roughly chainsawed diseased Ash wood and included bird feeders contain lead slag reclaimed from the Priddy Mineries Roman and Victorian lead mine workings, together with molten metal taken from a stolen and burnt out vehicle.
The invited artists included: Zanne Andrea, G Bekken Wand, Libby Bove, Louise Bradley, Helen Grant, Dinosaur Kilby, Mark Samsworth and pryddywyrd.
