Exchange was exhibited from 5-11pm on a Saturday evening in June 2003, in the five windows of the faade of a knitwear shop, Skipton, North Yorkshire.
It was a commission for Chrysalis Arts as part of Skipton Renaissance Market Towns programme. Five video loops presented a continuous and changing juxtaposition of relationships where urban met rural in an intimate and visceral way: sheep surveyed butchers; local councillors exchanged ideas and farmers exchanged livestock at the auction market.
