Thought and time are as integral to Sue Stone’s practice as materials and making. Usually the characters portrayed confront the audience face on, looking out and inviting a conversation between viewer and maker. This piece celebrate the lives of the unknown children portrayed. Each one has their own story to tell. Faith, hope and fate all have a part to play in the partial narrative presented.
