Garden of Arches

The work analyses figurative notions and explores material events in the process of drawing. More generally it is derived from thoughts about being the centre of an organic life. The final image lays bare the history of its development, which grew from a tangle of intuitively drawn arches and it is this initial process which informs the title of the work __ Garden of Arches (May 2016) (Watercolour pencil)
