Ghosts in the Fridge brings together the story of the horse-shoe crab whose blood we harvest for modern medicine with something much more everyday: the food that we eat, and the fish we buy from the market. The show combine something that seems quite alien with something much more commonplace to confront myself and the audience with the absurd relevance of fishing to our everyday lives.
