Much of my work has centred on the human presence expressed through landmark buildings. Lord Foster's work is part of that continuum of harmony and invention. My commission at the new City Hall, London was to make a creative response to the physically changing nature of the building during its construction. This view of the inner core of Foster's City Hall was one of 16 images that were displayed when the building was opened by HRH Queen Elizabeth II.
