I made an infant's swing chair - in the North Woods, a plantation of mightly Redwoods - hanging from a branch which had been snapped off, now suspended between the other trees, not connected to them. I was thinking of a life which had been lost.
Made for 'Evolving the Forest' arts conference at Dartington, Devon.
