A poster and performance to mark the end of Manchester Metropolitan University's time at 'The Toast Rack', the iconic modernist Hollings Building which housed departments of Fashion, Hospitality and Catering. A formal journey down through the building removing items and out to the street. Shown at 51zero festival and touring to France.
