Leek Flower Lamp

One of a series of lamps based on the flower head of a leek or allium. Made from porcelain, it has a tall stalk rising from a cube which is weighted to give it complete stability. The removable flower head is pierced and has additions of fired glass 'seeds'. When not lit, it is a sculptural form, whilst when illuminating it gives a spectacular light display.
