Life Drawing (I)

Much of Ann's artwork reflects her own loose and bright style which, in turn, suits her subjects - the danger of cars and the subjection of women both of which need to be attention grabbing as they are so deeply ingrained withing us. However, here Ann demonstrates that her style is one of choice rather than necessity. The focus on the large legs and feet of the model help to evoke an individual without submitting to mere caricature.
