A partner to the Medusa animation, here Perseus pursues Medusa. The animation is made from images of my son wearing accoutrements which I have made, for example the Shoes of Mercury and Cap of Hades which confers invisibility. He holds the shield given him by Athena and the sickle from Zeus.
The upside-down head of Medusa in the cisterns of Constantine in Istanbul was the starting point for this and the earlier Medusa animation. Both will be shown at The Chalabi Gallery in Istanbul in May this year with the sculptures and stills.
