In 2012 I was invited to accompany the NGO ‘Funds for Refugees in Slovenia’ to bear witness as a war artist for a second time. This documentary film by Slovenian film director Rudi Uran on the founder of the charity Lady Miloska Nott and released in 2013 resulted from this visit.
Whilst conducting research for my project ‘Places of Mourning in the Western World’ I have been privileged to meet and befriend many courageous and talented people. Lady Miloska Nott is one of them.
