misbehaving objects

Making Oddkin: The Misbehaving Object, investigates how hybrid, queer, and misbehaving objects, situated within conditions of ecological precarity, can disrupt fixed notions of function, agency, and value. The project combines practice-led experimentation, deconstruction, assemblage, archival research, speculative thinking, and the concept of disappearing archives to explore how fragments, omissions, and unstable forms can generate alternative material, relational, and ecological possibilities
