Reliquary

Installation exploring the notion of the sacred within the secular idea that we are all the descendants of countless generations of ancestors, each one of which must have survived against all odds for us to be here. The ceramic sculptures reify biological notions in the context of evolution while the video 'Ex Machina' explores ritual as an expression of the unexplained framed in ineffable terms.
