For each section several layers of abaca tissue is pasted together, dried then sized. The coloured design is inkjet printed on each section. Each is then lasercut, then waxed and finally stitched together. Diameter : 45cm height : 15 cm

Deep Series Thoughts about the limitless formless weight which is the sea. Different blues are layered. Pages are layered, with embedded shapes of dyed pattern, and metalic paper strips. Pages are printed, then added shapes are over printed to increase depth of colour and contrast. Embedded shapes are revealed through the ink jet printed layers when the page is waxed.
