Sand etched green Perspex and steel, the installation spans the entire gallery which is in darkness only the light from within the centre of the work creates an ethereal glow. Sh'kinah is inspired by an old testament text (Ezkial) which describes in detail a vision of a temple yet to be built in the third millennium. The work in an interpretation, it also serves to examine the boundaries of the artists own understanding of spiritual experience and religious dogma.
