SIGN LANGUAGE 3 A3 METAL SIGNBOARDS WITH MECCANO PIECES, 2023 Sign Language is a series of 3 A3 size metal signboards with Meccano parts. They represent war zones, escape route and small boat crossings from the point of view of a child refugee. They were made keeping in mind the re-telling of stories of migration and reference the plight of refugees arriving on UK shores via treacherous journeys to escape hostile conditions.
