Snowball Wheel.

Snowball Wheel was created  in November 2025 during an early wintry spell in West Cumbria .After cycling into the Fells I came across an old agricultural wheel in a field next to an old iron ore mine.An early but brief cover of snow compelled me to immediately attempt to try and fill the gaps in the wheels with snowballs.I was attracted by the harsh angular negative spaces of the wheel and tried to stack in the gaps but milder weather caused frequent collapses just as I was about to finish the intervention. As dusk fell, I decided to abandon the task of trying to finish filling in the wheel and warmed to the idea of the visually incomplete artwork existing as it did and embraced the final outcome.
