Felt wall hanging exploring a theoretical discourse from the field of urban planning and urban governance – the concept of soft spaces. These are informal and fluid state or governance spaces – which have come into existence as part of the neoliberal creation of new institutions and strategies towards economic growth: such as city-regions, Enterprise Zones and Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs). Seen in solo exhibition 'Reactions' (2016), at Crewe and Alsager Campus, Manchester Metropolitan University.
