“Stairway to hevva” was a private commission in cliff top house in Newquay opposite the harbor. The house is on a stack accessible by a bridge.
‘Hevva hevva!!!’ is an Cornish phrase shouted by the look out to tell the fishermen that there was a shoal of Pilchards nearby.
