Summer Thunder storm

This track is 20 mins long and it is a recording I made of a summer thunder storm, tracking it approaching from the East, passing overhead and diminishing to the West. It was made with Oaka Instruments 360 ambisonic microphones made by Ezra Gray and edited on Logic Pro. I recorded it from the doorway of my kitchen in the early hours of the first day of summer on June 21st 2025. You can hear the birds in the garden and of course the traffic as it builds up with people on the move. listen of you can with headphones, close your eyes and let the sound drench you.
