Playing outside the theme of the current body of work, this very small painting was suggested by a Poem by Carol Ann Duffy, particularly this verse: She dreamed of him in his red pantaloons, in his orange satin blouse, in his crimson cravat, in his tangerine hat, in his vermilion dancing shoes.
