The Lost Tent

A piece of work made for Scaling the Heights at Keswick Museum. Based on extensive research into the famous 1924 Mount Everest expedition with exclusive use of the photographic albums administered by the Bentley Beetham Trust. The piece uses digital media, video, performance, archival photographs and documentary materials displayed alongside a collection of mountaineer's cameras. Funded by Arts Council England and Durham University and supported by the Mountain Heritage Trust and the Fell and Rock Climbing Club.
