The Mountain's Prayer

The Mountain's Prayer  is an exploration of The Mountain; a central figure/landscape in my artworld buidling. 

We have no "proof" of the mountain for we can never stand far away enough from ourselves to see ourselves in the distance, to check if our feet are rooted on the great hillside.

But we need no proof to feel The Mountain, to know our place - so small but part of a whole.

We recite The Mountain's Prayer, and remind ourselves that our burdens are shared, our crises' comforted. We sense The Mountain's like an ever present mother/father, holding us.
