Tony Hancock Memorial

Memorial to the comedian Tony Hancock in his home town, Birmingham. Funded by private donations through the Drug and Alcohol Charity Turning Point. The 30mm bronze plate was cast and drilled With clear glass rods glued inside each hole to transmit and diffuse light. Located beside the National Blood Donor Centre.
