Visualising Sound- work in progress

A multi faceted research project in collaboration with The Piano Shop in Bath to develop a series of pieces using the parts of scrap pianos in parallel with developing creative approaches to learning to play musical instruments using traditional lo-tech and digital methods. Research is being informed by traditional and experimental visual art and music composition and teaching methods, Fibonacci, synaesthesia and critical play through game making.
