Waterlooville Pavilion

A contemporary bandstand which uses punched and laser cut metal to create images and to cast shadows of an oak tree canopy; on the site of an ancient forest. (This photograph was taken on the day of the ribbon cutting which coincided with the national ‘Bandstand Marathon’. Seen here is the opening band, 'Agitation'.
