An oil painting on board made from drawings done at the vast derelict tin mine site at Wheal Jane near Redruth in winter. The painting was selected to be exhibited in 'The Newlyn Society of Artists' exhibition held at Thomson's The City Gallery, Copthall Avenue, London in April 2005 and was purchased by the gallery along with another of my mining oil paintings on board.
