WHEELBARROW

Project responding to 2 briefs: 'nature as a material for art' and 'presented in a wheelbarrow'. I wanted to exploit the connection of wheelbarrow to its garden use and developed this text work using canes and garden string. The work also links to municipal flower displays that spell out words such as welcome or the name of a town as well as the individual letters suggesting individual sculptures.
