Green Oak Sculpture on Rainworth Heath Rainworth Nottinghamshire. Sited near the former Rufford Colliery part of the Miner to Major project. The design and carving process included working with 2 local schools . The sculpture was designed to reflect the local Ecology , History and Environment of the Heath land. Created in locally sourced green oak the mortice and tenoned structure has 3 wings.
